Update script for Auction and Reverse Auction Factory

The latest versions of Auction Factory and Reverse Auction Factory now have an update script which preserves template files and settings.

Easy update using only the Joomla Installer, no need to delete or uninstall anything.

If a previous version is detected, there is an option to also overwrite template files after updating.
